Folder creation and budget assignment
The portfolio can be divided into logical areas of belonging and into further subsections.

The Portfolio manager can define and set the available budget by creating long-term scenarios and correspondence with the cost forecasts and the scope to be achieved.

The budget allocations graph allows a clear view of how the values have been allocated and the comparison of costs divided into the categories Business Case, Projects, Products and Programs.
Economic impact simulation of new projects
Through the demand section, new ideas are acquired and profiled by the team responsible for this function.

Ideas can be turned into business cases using the company's capacity and cost structure by creating realistic project models.

With the simulation function, the Portfolio Manager can evaluate the impact, in terms of budget, of new projects if they will be implemented by assessing whether the allocated financial resources are adequate.
New projects impact simulation - overall vision
The Portfolio Simulation function allows you to create scenarios that include both the current portfolio in execution and the new projects to be planned.

The simulation can be carried out in consideration of:
  • Workload
  • Budget
  • Cash Flow
The scenario can be put into execution in the system and the projects, with the relative Gantt, will be automatically created and put into execution.
